Lovely home, location, improvements needed

The check in process was flawed. We were promised check-in information 24 hours before the 3PM check-in (flying in from the west coast). Check in information barely arrived before our flight. There were no instructions on finding the attached garage parking which is around the block. A neighbor was able to guide us. The home was not cleaned properly. Floors dirty, lots of debris under the sofa cushions. The upstairs bedroom over the garage was extremely loud due to the furnace running below. Some maintenance issues: lamp in master bedroom gave off electrical smoke upon turning on, master bedroom door intermittently stuck in the locked position. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked except for drinking glasses (only 4, mismatched). Finally, the photographs of the home show a beautiful fireplace in the living room. Owner informed us that it was not for guest use. I suggest the photo of the fireplace be removed from website.

Wonderful Location and modern unit

We stayed in this unit` for 7 weeks while our primary residence was having repairs. It was a perfect option to stay and location was central to everything.
