The stay was great! The unit had everything I needed. The comforters were so comfy I didn’t want to get out of bed in the am for my conference. The convention center was so close once I learned to not go along the sidewalk and cut through the federal building. 5 minute walk max!

The property was perfect for a weekend getaway. Parking and getting into the building were very easy using the complimentary valet, and the unit itself has a fantastic view of downtown. The only small hassle was that the security bar over the access keypad blocks a couple of the numbers. The complex was very clean, and the unit was comfortable. While we didn't use the gym or pool, both seemed nice. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and get ready, and the beds were comfortable, if on the firmer end. The pillows were down pillows, so very soft, if that is something that you pay attention to for either an allergy or comfort. Overall, it was a fantastic property, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment itself was clean, looked just like the photos, and was very nicely decorated. We appreciated the effort put into the interior design.However, our stay was impacted by several issues that future guests should be aware of. First, communication regarding check-in was a significant source of stress. We reached out 24 hours in advance as requested but did not receive a response or access instructions from the host, until just a couple of hours before our check-in time.Second, the building's common areas (entrance and hallways) had a very strong and persistent smell throughout our stay. Additionally, the walls are quite thin, and we could frequently hear loud noises, including yelling and running from neighboring units, at various times of the day and night.Finally, a couple of small details inside the unit could be improved. We found several minor sticky spots on the desk that were overlooked during cleaning. Also, as a heads-up for fellow travelers, all the pillows provided are feather pillows, and we found them uncomfortable as many of the quills were poking through the fabric.Overall, while the apartment has potential, the communication issues and problems with the building environment made for a less-than-ideal stay.
