Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The place is dirty , ran down, and unkempt. The neighboring unit had been broken into. It looks like there’s a lot of vandalism, and bags of trash were scattered around. People don’t rent from them because they’re honest; they rent from them because they’re liars and misleading—they claimed there was a pool and a gym, but there isn’t either. Also, the pictures are probably AI pictures and that against the law their units don’t look like that. They look nasty old uncut. Dark floors are pitch black nasty .They advertised a cancellation option at any time , but I spent five hours on the phone getting the runaround, and they never answered to help; they answer to deceive me and said that they didn’t know anything about it that they were salesman that there were not the ones that canceled the booking. And they wouldn’t provide an emailed to cancel . I eventually contacted Expedia and explained the situation. Expedia intervened and resolved it, since the property management wasted our time. We did not stay there and are grateful to Expedia for getting our money back. We found a much nicer place at a lower price ourselves. I would not recommend staying there under any circumstances. It’s despicable, and several tenants confirmed problems, including a roof that took a year to fix and other issues that should have been repaired long ago. Some tenants believe they’re avoiding accountability through some private trust or LLC structure, which may prevent lawsuits.
