Room was in good condition. Linens seem a little worn. Rooms and hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while and the showers need more attention than they are receiving.

The front desk lady was not there when we arrived and there were 2 people already waiting for her. We got in line and waited 20 minutes before we could check in! When she finally arrived she didn’t care and was very blunt. The hotel smelled of bleach everywhere, including the rooms and the ac was turned off in the hotel resulting in it being hot wherever we went. The room was nice and clean with a good size but I don’t know if everything else is going to keep me away from booking with this hotel again.

My wife fell in the shower our first day. We were called liars. Why would we lie about something so serious. It was strange. The only staff member that identified themselves was Quin? But he refused to give me the names of the staff that denied we fell. *they good people, I promise* well, I could careless about his opinion of the staff. I am outraged at the lack of empathy for my wife and the lack of professionalism in the entire staff.

The hotel appeared to be fairly new. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, large bathroom and staff was really friendly, but I would never stay at this location again. The walls were so thin you could hear the person in the room next to you cough. I was woke up at 5:00 am the people next to me were being loud and playing music loud I could hear their whole conversation which was so annoying. I literally had to call front desk and complain. Chris at front desk took care of the problem immediately but that is just one thing I could not deal with, is walls that thin.

Our stay was very nice. The room was fine, spacious, clean, comfortable but it was lacking a dresser or somewhere to put our clothes. I had to leave them in the suitcase... and we could hear very loud and clear neighbors on both sides talking. I have never been in a hotel where you could hear others that loudly. Having a full breakfast every morning was a big plus. We would stay there again
