Hyatt Stay Review Our recent stay at the Hyatt was unfortunately disappointing. Upon arrival, we were placed in a room where the heater literally fell apart, leaving us uncomfortable. The bed was in terrible condition—almost as if the springs were popping through—which made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Walking through the third-floor hallway was equally unpleasant. It was filthy, with food scattered everywhere, giving the impression that cleanliness and upkeep were not a priority. To make matters worse, we had to specifically request fresh towels, which should have been a basic amenity provided without asking. While Hyatt is known for its reputation and hospitality, this experience fell far short of expectations. The lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to guest comfort made our stay frustrating rather than relaxing.

The room was very clean, and the staff quite welcoming, esp. Ryan. A tiny downside, only, was that our glassware was never renewed during our six-night stay. The bed was quite comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. We will stay here again!

We have stayed in this hotel every year for years when we come to watch the state volleyball tournament and have always been able to give it 5 stars. This year we were a little disappointed. The room coffee pot was malfunctioning. The mattress had a bad sag and needs replaced. The “hot” breakfast was lukewarm.
