Bed bug bites
I was feeling like something was biting me. I got up checked the bed me and my Son. We didn't find anything. A few days later, it happened again. I was awaken at 5:30 am in the morning cause I was being bitten. It was itchy and swollen. So, checked the bed this time and there the little joker was, a bed bug. Something told me to check the pillow, so I did. There was a bigger bed bug on the pillow. I called the front desk and they sent someone up to the room. I should him the proof on the tissue. The little one was still moving. The rep from the hotel had to kill it. They put us in another room. I didn't have any problems in the new room. I tell you what though. If I had a vehicle, I would've went to another hotel. I had to stay 2 weeks there. It cost me over $800. So, having to deal with bed bugs was just too much.

Terrible customer service. They refused to check me in and were extremely rude about it. They have to have a physical ID card or you can't check in. Then there refused to do anything about it because I went through Expedia. I definitely won't be going back.

The room was spacious and clean. I think the sheets should be changed every 3 days if staying more than a week. Soap should be replaced daily. My floor was quiet and my room clean with plenty towels all week. I woke up one night to a strong smell of marijuana, but that's not their fault. There are always others that do not follow the rules.
