Yes my issue was with the occupants that were above us. It was after 11:30 pm and they walked hard across the floor keeping us woke

Stayed here for the weekend for my son's football tournament and I will say out of the staff from Thursday to Sunday only the lady that checked me in and the breakfast staff were friendly. I have NEVER heard anyone on the floor above me but at any hotel stay's it happened. I also have never experienced the water not getting hot in the shower this did not just happen once but twice. I say for $600.00 it was not worth Breakfast was okay I have gotten better at cheaper hotels they did have a good variety. It was me trying to take a shower at 6:30 AM and the water being cold why I would not stay again. Good luck!

front staff was awesome, people smoking right outside the side doors not cool, could smell smoke inside hotel from them, no hot water, had to shower in other rooms, front desk tried so hard and they did have people working on the boiler, we thought we were getting hot water it was trying and then nothing.
