Unfortunately, I was unable to stay at the hotel due to an unexpected issues that prevented me from traveling as planned. As soon as I became aware of the situation, I requested a cancellation. Expedia contacted the hotel on my behalf; however, the cancellation request was not approved. Given the circumstances, this was not a matter of preference or change of plans, but an unforeseen emergency. Since I was unable to travel or check in, I do not feel it is reasonable to be charged for a stay I could not physically make. I would sincerely appreciate your reconsideration of this matter.

Yhis was a pleasent stay. Room was clean breakfast was good staff was beyond helpful. We had to check out a day early and they helped me get it done. My only gripe (and it's not specific to this hotel) is the beds are way too high. I'm old and short and have to bring a stool to even get in the bed.

It was ok. It’s close to family that’s why I stayed there. But they gave us a room at check in and it wasn’t even done, unmade beds, trash everywhere. They’re not ready for guests. Girl up front was “training a guy but then she didn’t even let him do anything. Makes me wonder why the employees aren’t delivering, cuz they’re not really training/teaching. It’s more like “watch me”. Whatever. It’s a hotel. It’s neither here or there. I got a bed and shower and I’m cool with that.
