I checked in around 11pm and the front desk lady was really nice, but upon entering the building it was a strong smell that was awful. After checking in we proceed to the room, that looks nothing like the online pics and it had the same smell. The tv was small, the shades in the room were paper thin, and there were no curtains at all. We were on vacation rising with the sun.

There was no heat in the building. The boiler broke this day right before my checking in. They refunded my money and I had to go to another hotel at the last minute, which cost me a lot more money. I would’ve liked to head a heads up.
