Heater was not working. A technician was dispatched. Toilet was overflowing. Waited for hours for towels and washcloths and coffee supplies for second day. Hotel dis not have enough amenities and not enough staff to support bat and restaurant efficiently. We paid for a suite and it was not worth it and did not meet the expectations.

I enjoyed my stay. Chris is an absolute doll. The room was comfortable. Friendly bar staff. I got in late and only had access to the limited menu so he suggested I go across the street where I had a good meal. The only complaint is I was expecting mail that I was told multiple times was not there. I eventually had to go down and find it myself.

The hotel itself was nice but will not be back based on paying for overnight parking in a basic lot. Build it into the price if you must but don’t charge for general parking. Valet I agree with but this just did not sit well with our group. Plenty of other places to stay.
