The Good: location to AT&T Stadium, Colby was a great communicator, A/C works great, inside was 85% cleaned really well, clear instructions and everything was easy to use. The not so good: the online photos for the living room couch and patio furniture had to be photoshopped or AI put them in. Not even close. Hot water worked excellent everywhere except the lower bedroom shower. We had to purchase a grill brush as there wasn’t one and the grill grates needed cleaning.

Great location for college baseball series. Walked to the games in about 15 min. Few minor problems with house but was addressed by host in prompt manner.
