The toilet pipe was spewing out water, and it was disgusting. The breakfast was tolerable, but not the greatest selection. The room was fairly clean, but the shower head was lax, and ultimately, the stay was tolerable but not the best experience.

With the challenge I had with Celeste @ 8:30 in the morning was insane which had me very worried about staying here. But the AGM I spoke with was amazing at understanding and actually listening to my concern. The issue was that I booked my reservation through Expedia and because I booked my reservation through Expedia and pay when I get to the hotel the night audit ran and it tried to pre-authorize my account for the first night room in text which I completely understood but at that time, the pre-authorization had marked fraud on my card and it was too late for me to acknowledge that it was me so the conversation I had this morning really had me over the edge because I’m waking up to my car being marked as fraud and the front desk person I spoke with was giving me a very hard time. It was not allowing me to voice my concern and for her to find a resolution I asked to speak to a manager and instead of giving me a time I had to try it out with asking what time will the manager get there? It almost completely ruined my day but because I do have a God, I was able to speak to the manager and she did reassure that my reservation was going to be OK as long as I communicated with them which I did I have worked in hospitality for over eight years so I know what it feels like to be at a desk, especially when you’re so high in occupancy for a weekend event. It was just upsetting because the interaction I had at 8:30 this morning was not what I expected to wake up to overall great hotel!

The hotel walls are thin and I can hear other people yelling and stomping at 1am. The staff is extremely rude. Terrible place, would never stay here ever again.

Everything was perfect from the Moment we we greeted at the entrance and even better when we walked in to the super Clean room. Temperature controls television, wifi, hot water—everything was great. Hubby was having surgery at 5am and this hotel was 5 minutes feom the hospital.
