Larger than a hotel suite with a kitchenette fully equipped with a Keurig, microwave and a full sized refrigerator/freezer as well as an infrared hot plate. You have a table with seating for four. Large flat screen TV with a Roku for your favorite video streaming. It's super quiet and private. 200mg FIOS internet speed!
We also have a hideaway bed if your party requires two beds.

The space
Guests are renting a room about the size of a hotel suite with a private bathroom as well as a studio kitchen, we also have an outside barbecue right outside the door. The opposite side of the building is used for my artist studio as well as another AirBnB. It has its own private entrance and bathroom. The only wall you share is the bathroom. There is a closet that goes in between where we keep our supplies for each of our places. That is the door that you will notice is locked.

Guest access
Guests will have access to one complete side of the studio, which includes the living space, kitchen area, table and couch as well as a comfy Tempur-pedic King size bed as well as a sofa bed in the couch.

There is another side that is occasionally used as a photography studio and is also offered as an Airbnb listing. You should not have to be concerned about noise as the only wall shared is the bathroom wall. There is a large closet in between insulating you from sound.

We reserve the right to host for guests over the age of 25. Guest will be ask to verify ID.

Other things to note
Our driveway is shared with the main house drive way so please go very slow as we stay in the front house as well as have guests sometimes. If for any reason the main driveway is blocked kindly knock on the door and ask them to move. It should never happen, although if it does that is what you should do.

If your stay requires more than 28 days we ask that you book an addition to the airbnb reservation, as any longer would constituted a long term rental agreement. We want to make sure everyone's expectations are met accordingly. If your stay is longer than 7 days we require a cleaning once a week with a $15 fee. We will change the sheets and provide fresh towels.

We require all guests who are staying or visiting the property are registered as part of the reservation. This is a requirement of Airbnb's and ours as our insurance company requites it. We do charge $25 per guest for the entire reservation. We do not monitor who is coming and going so we don't do guests for individual nights.
