Fairmont Dallas and its team are worth the visit, what a fabulous experience! We stayed 2 nights, and by the end of our check in we’re on first name basis with the team. Everyone from valets to concierge to check in team to bellhop, all were tremendous and exceptional in their roles. Of particular note is Phillip (Concierge) who gave us the BEST tips on places to go, with gift cards for some local venues as well, a true professional who exemplifies what a truly brilliant concierge is. We love you Phillip!! Ervin was excellent and efficient with our luggage; Aisa (I think?) in the bar was attentive and efficient on a busy Thursday evening, providing table service to the approximately 30-40 people in the area and whisking away empty glasses when needed. Maryjane at check in gave some good recommendations, especially for dinner (Dakota’s was sublime!) The Fairmont management team should be super proud of their team, it was the best hotel accommodation we had stayed in during our month-long trip in USA. Highly recommend 👌👌👌

Most likely will not stay here again.

There was a small cockroach climbing the wall which can happen but still leaves an impression. The beds were not all that comfortable and while the air blew cold, it seemed to have trouble cooling off the room even when it was only 40 degrees outside. However the worst was the water pressure. It was so weak that it would even make it up to the shower head. Engineering was called and we were told that the problem was there were a lot of people taking showers at that time. You would think that an established hotel of this size could support such water use at the same time. We had the time so we waited a few hours and the water was a little better but was still very weak. The front desk staff was extremely nice and offered to move us to a different room. However there was no guarantee that it would have been any better in a different room. We were only there for that day so we just dealt with it. They charge $50 for valet parking with no option of self parking. However there is a parking lot across the street to the east that only cost $12. The staff were very nice but with all the options in the Dallas area we will probably stay elsewhere next time.

The food and service at the restaurant was mediocre. The parking fee of $54.13 for one night was extreme. The carpet on the 16th floor north tower was old and pieced together in the hallway. There is no complimentary WiFi. No blankets in the room. The best part of our stay was Greg, the complimentary car service driver who make sure my daughter was safely driven to and from the House of Blues.

Beautiful hotel. Great location to enjoy Dallas. Beware the south tower rooms seem to be a little older and dated than the north tower. I was a little dissapointed when my bathroom did not match the one depicted in the photos. Other than that, great! Gym also very nice, for a hotel gym. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Stayed in a suite, but a regular one and not a gold one. The room was very large, with a tiny industrial looking bathroom. You could tell everything was older, but well kept. The elevator!! We were in room 900 on the backside of the elevator that ran all night… LOUDLY!! The cables, the car itself was so loud all night. Advise: request a gold room (maybe nicer) and away from the elevator. Outside of that, the hotel was ok. The Valet and their attention to service was the best part!!
