This hotel was basically brand new and you could tell!!! The outside and inside were clean and well kept. The floors, walls, elevator....everything was clean!!! They allowed for early check in which was great. They have a washer/dryer for guests but could actually stand to provide a few more. The breakfast was good but cold and you have to ask someone to warm your food up. Made no sense to have to ask to use a microwave when there was a microwave in our room that we didn't need to ask permission to use. Overall great stay and will definitely stay there again

The hotel staff were wonderful and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and modern. The coffee in the lobby was hot and pretty decent (as far as hotel coffee goes) all throughout the day. Two observations: 1) The elliptical machine I was on kept shutting off randomly. My husband had the same experience on the treadmill. I would have a maintenance person take a look at these machines. 2) The breakfast was really subpar. Not being normal breakfast eaters, we always look forward to "splurging" when traveling. The eggs were bland and watery, the sausage was hard and very strange looking. The rest of the offered items were prepackaged and preservative laden. There was very little variety as far as what we're used to with most hotel breakfasts.
