Pull out sofa was very small and squeeky, and we didn't get enough towels (had to ask for more). Otherwise very nice. Clean, friendly, good breakfast.

Room was clean, but barren, no art or anything on the walls. Staff was great and we enjoyed breakfast. However, the scent throughout the hotel was overpowering. In the hallway, you could see the aroma mist hovering underneath the hall light fixtures. As someone with asthma, I had to ask For for the aroma dispensers to be turned off.
