Not told about parking fees.

Was not told there was a parking fee until I was checking out. If, I was told this up front would have parked off premises. All fees should be given upfront so customers can make a valid decision.

Please invest in more comfortable beds and new pillows... it was my third stay and each time I think it will be better, it's not... take the time to pain the tubs... the linen needs to be cleaned better as well

Old and a bit rundown.

Asked for a sheet to put on the couch, shortly after check in . Never got it. Asked the next morning ...never got it . Asked the second night...finnsly got it ! The place is getting old and worn out. Housekeeping is terrible. Happy hour ...the first night the provided plates and forks , but the rest of the nights they didnt provide plates or forks. I think because the don't want to wash them. The had plastic cups that you were supposed to put everything in. Not impressed. If you get a room on the freeway side it will be VERY loud .

The common areas were nice; however, I feel the rooms needed some updating. In our room, there was an extension cord and you could only plug in the microwave or coffee pot.( not both at same time) A main lamp didn't have a light bulb, outlet in bathroom didn't work, no bathroom vent, no "stopper" for the tub but maintenance came to fix that for us when we asked. Hot tub wasn't hot , so felt sure the pool wasn't going to be very warm either.

Too much money for too little wow

For the amount I paid per night i expected a higher end hotel. The walls were all scuffed up, shower curtian was torn, plug ins were 1/2 way hanging out of the wall and the beds were horrible. Breakfast was nice however food is immediately put away at 9am lol!

The rooms were a bit outdated, but it was still nice and clean. The area was quiet. It was also conveniently located next to the freeway. We got two complimentary drinks from the bar and breakfast was pretty good. I would stay again!

The stay was fine. There needs to be some upgrades. It costs too much for theater to be broken furniture in the rooms, vents with dirt and dust hanging and mold in bathroom.
