Quick easy close to the airport

It was a very good stay. Great staff great customer service. I only give it low marks because it needs to be updated at the property. Nothing dirty, just a bit dated. It happens at all hotels. Time for renovation.

Everyone, from the airport shuttle driver to the front desk staff, was incredibly friendly. Their service alone made up for any inconveniences. I had a truly comfortable stay.

We arrived at 11pm, after several times of trying to call for airport shuttle someone finally answered. The very pleasant man that checked us in was all alone and really having a hard time with someone’s reservation and that had trouble with our reservation. He was super pleasant but just didn’t seem to be overwhelmed with the process.
