I had two rooms, 314 and 316. Room 314 was missing the long mirror that should have been on the wall. I had requested that both rooms be cleaned in advance, but only one room was partially cleaned. They made one double bed, but I also asked for the second bed to be made and for the room to be cleaned, and housekeeping never showed up. Additionally, the toilet paper was very low, and there was an empty roll next to it. They only provided two towels and did not refill the toilet paper. However, after I called the front desk, they quickly delivered the toilet paper.

This was a less than satisfactory stay. We only had 2 towels the whole time. Asked for more yesterday & today. Never received any. 4 of us had to share. Had no toilet paper all this morning. No one cleaned our rooms. Then at almost 11pm last night we got back to our room & the flap on top that locks people out for extra security was out so it kept us from entering our room. We had to call maintenance. Who didn't come until after I already had to get us in myself using a shoelace. No urgency at all.
