Was pleasantly surprised on how clean the room was and the good service by the staff. Close to the airport and reasonably priced place to stay. Also a number of places to eat in the area being a real short drive away.

The hotel was well laid out, very cool space with good amenities, nice decor and fairly clean. However it was poorly maintained, they need to hire professional maintenance staff, all repairs were very shoddy. You can tell they hired cheap indian labor for this. Also, the real unforunate thing was the FLIES EVERYWHERE. Constantly buzzing around us at dinner (restaruant took forever to get our food and it came out piecemeal). we were the only ones there and it took 45 min to get food. several flies bothering us you could tell it was a consistent problem, the manager repeatedly apologized but they seriously need to hang flytape and get an exterminator. The rooms were filled with those moisture flies that come out in dampness.

The airport shuttle was great, pick up and drop off was on time. Our room had just enough space for 2 people and it was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful 🙂. Yes i would definitely book here again

It was unclear if the shuttle would take me to DAL aiport. I was told it would only take me to DFW, However some friends took a shuttle to DAL. My room was by the side yard which was empty the entire time. I would have been great to have a DJ and a party for the Cowboys vs Commanders weekend. Also, it would been great to have the side yard used for a tailgate party for a fee like $50 per person with food, dj and drink options... also with a shuttle to the stadium. A pre-tailgate pool party would be nice too. All of these things could generate business for the hotel. Guests would appreciate it. Better waffle irons and a better choice of breakfast meat would have made it more perfect. Thank you for a fun weekend.
