The lobby is REALLY pretty, the rooms we nice as well. I think they just need to renovate the hallways/rugs on the floor but I’d def stay here again

I knew as soon as I drove into the parking lot that booking at this location was a mistake. The presence of air conditioning window units indicated that the central air was likely either inoperable or only functioning in certain areas. The parking lot was dirty, and the fake grass at the entrance reeked of pet urine. Despite my concerns, I checked in since I had prepaid for three nights, hoping that the interior would be better. Upon entering the lobby, I was disappointed again. It looked outdated and had an overall vibe that I couldn't quite identify, but I definitely didn’t like it. Check-in was easy, and the representative was friendly. However, there was an oddly placed indoor pool right in the lobby. My room was located far from the front, and the hallways were dank and poorly lit in some areas. The room itself was also disappointing, and I didn't feel it was clean by my standards. Nothing about the hotel met my expectations, so I decided to check out immediately, even though I would lose the money I had prepaid for all three nights. I booked a room at the Westin Downtown Dallas instead, and I have no regrets. I would advise against staying at this hotel if you have even a moderately high standard for accommodations. I'm unsure who is rating this place so highly but I disagree.

This place was very creepy staff seemed irritated to talk to us. They layout was confusing and again the staff didn’t really want to help us. It was very humid and musty in the whole place aswell.

The fridge didn’t work and the drawers were all messed up. I also asked for early check in and was not given that. I need to double check if I was charged for late check out too. Other than that it was nice. Lots of things to do. I specifically went here for the hot tub but it’s only people that are staying there so my friends couldn’t come.

A surprisingly restful and nurturing DFW stop-over that makes guest comfort seem easy. Started well w online registration the day prior, meaning no lines to wait in when already travel-weary. A highly competent staff that works peacefully together, meaning no managers hovering on brooms or background staffing noise. The hotel restaurant was most atypical...felt like having a fab dinner prepared in the home of a friend. Real food prepared w a genuine desire to nourish and please, served hot from the stove top with gentle grace and ease. Maybe I caught a zen wave that cant be repeated, but that's my experience!
