2 - If you plan on breaking the RULES - unauthorized pets/guests/noise/smoking etc - Please respect the rules so we don't have to cancel the accommodation mid-stay :)

3 - If your group isn't able to be RESPECTFUL of the property - furniture, towels, bedding etc.

Stray Kids Concert

My daughter turned 18 and went to her very first concert with her best friend . The apartment was perfect . It was literally 3 minutes walking distance the AT&T stadium . Despite the proximity , there was noise at all . 3 minutes away from Walmart for needs . Close enough to many dining options. Parking right in front of the apartment. A pool to cool down. The apartment complex is gated so it felt safe . We had the best BBQ at Hurtado BBQ just a few minutes away and it was close enough to Dallas to have a day out to all the sights there .

Access to the property was confusing and the main entrance was not working. I could not reach either of the primary contact ohone numbers provided. One had a non-functioning number and the person answering the other number was no longer affiliated with the property. The only contact info was an email and it was not answered promptly. There was confusion about the parking permit required for the property and I could not get an answer for a full day, leading to anxiety about being towed.
