Too noisy , couldn't sleep at all

the service and the employees were very nice to us the room was situated nead the national road and we couldn't sleep at all for our 4 nights

Le personnel des gardiens a l’entrée au staff complet. Sourire et accueil à la marocaine. Petit bémol cela dit pas de wifi de ma chambre j’ai du utiliser mon réseau recharge malgré mon alerte à plusieurs reprise à la jeune fille à l’accueil lors de mon arrivée.

J'ai très bien été accueilli par les équipes de l'hôtel et apprécié leur gentillesse. L'hôtel est tres joli et la vue sur la mer des chambres est magique ! La piscine et la plage privées sont bien entretenues. Et l'hôtel reste encore proche du centre-ville. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Séjour vraiment agréable, merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme. Le cadre est magnifique et les prestations proposées sont top! Les enfants ont adoré ces quelques jours où ils ont pu profiter de la piscine et de la plage pour s’amuser avec les enfants présents 👍

Hôtel bruyant, surpeuplé et mal organisé. A éviter

Si vous cherchez repos, espace et propreté : fuyez. L’hotel cumule les mauvaises surprises. Surpopulation: superficie minuscule par rapport au nombre de clients. On se marche dessus partout et il est impossible d’avoir un coin tranquille. Piscine: 8 transats seulement autour de la piscine pour tout l’hôtel, piscine sale, pas de WC autour. Les enfants y restent 4 heures d’affilée sans sortir… imaginez l’hygiène de l’eau (urine dans l’eau ...) Petit-déjeuner chaotique: 0 table disponible, buffet pris d’assaut comme si c’était la dernière nourriture sur Terre. Seulement 2 serveurs débordés, le café arrive parfois après 45 min. Plage bruyante : même au bout de la plage, des enfants (clients de l’hôtel) mal élevés viennent vous réveiller de votre sieste ou vous déranger. Ce n’est pas tant leur faute que celle de l’hôtel : l’espace est tellement réduit qu’il n’y a nulle part où se reposer en paix. Ambiance pesante : certains clients vous dévisagent de haut en bas, ce qui rend l’atmosphère encore moins agréable. Service bâclé : 20 appels sur le tel fixe de la chambre pour nous imposer un transfert aéroport non demandé (avec un combi qui ne marche pas) Infrastructures médiocres : Wi-Fi quasi inexistant, 0 signal dans notre chambre. 0 clim. Direction déplorable : face à nos remarques, la directrice détourne le problème (“ici, on aime les enfants”), et nous invite à “aller ailleurs” si ça ne nous plaît pas, alors que le sujet est l’espace réduit. Seuls points + : personnel d’accueil

Je recommande vivement !

Hôtel très récent aux services et structures impeccables, très bien situé, au pied de la lagune avec petite plage et transats au bord de l'eau, Mireille la directrice de l'établissement toujours aux petits soins et le personnel très agréable et répondant à toutes nos attentes. La possibilité d'organiser des activités, la location de voiture directement sur place est vraiment un plus.

4 nuits horrible, nous qui somme venue trouver le calme. Nous avons passe nos nuits avec le bruits des camion qui traverse la nationale. Pas de clim, pas de reseau telephonique, Petit dejeuner catastophique etbimpossible d avoir une bouteille d eau a 22h30. Aucun rapport qualité prix. Et pour finir une facture doubler et a nous de prouver que nous avons payer hotel.com et verifier tout les tickets . Aucune reaction a ce jour de la gerante malgres nos nombreuses reclamations a son personnel qui sont reste tres professionnel. Merci hamza, Abdou et le staff qui reste les seul atouts de l hotel
