Holiday Home for 6 People (65 m²) in Dahme

Our terraced holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and offers around 65 m² of space for up to 6 guests. The sandy beach and grocery store with bakery are about 500 m away.



Upstairs, you will find a room (approx. 14 m²) with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and a room (approx. 12 m²) with two single beds (each 2 m long). All beds have synthetic duvets and pillows.



On the ground floor, the living room with open kitchen (approx. 25 m²) features a newly renovated floor, a sofa bed for 2 people (1.60 m x 2 m), two armchairs, and satellite TV. From here, you can access the fenced south-facing terrace (fence height approx. 1 m).



The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, egg cooker, dishes, and cutlery.



The bathroom with window, shower, and washing machine with coin slot (use for an additional fee) is also on the ground floor. Wi-Fi, books, a travel cot, and a high chair are available free of charge.



On the playground with sandbox, slide, swings, and large lawn, you and your children can play—there is also a barbecue fireplace for your use.



A parking space and bicycle storage are also available.



Dogs are welcome! Up to two small or medium-sized dogs may accompany you for an extra charge and can roam freely in the fenced terrace area. Please bring your own blankets and towels for your pets to protect the furniture. Other pets are not allowed.



Bed linen, towels, tea towels (please bring baby bedding), as well as electricity, water, and heating are included.



Please note: local visitor’s tax (Ostseecard) is not included in the rental price.



Important: Due to ongoing renovations, direct parking at the property is not possible. You will receive a parking permit for a nearby street. Thank you for your understanding.
