Our holiday apartment with balcony is about 55 m² and accommodates up to 5 guests. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Dahme on the Baltic Sea. The beautiful sandy beach is about 500 m away, and a grocery store with bakery is just 400 m away.
The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (each approx. 10 m²) with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) in each. Synthetic duvets and pillows are provided. The living room (approx. 20 m²) with balcony features a sofa, 2 armchairs, satellite TV, and an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with extractor hood, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, egg cooker, and dishes. For the 5th guest, there is a guest bed in the living room (recommended for children up to 10 years). There is also a bathroom with shower and window.
Bed linen, towels, dish towels, bath mat, as well as electricity, water, and heating are included. Please bring baby bedding.
A coin-operated washing machine, free Wi-Fi (no streaming or video games due to limited data), and a parking space are available. A cot and, on request, a high chair are provided free of charge.
The outdoor facilities next door are easily accessible via the private garden and offer a playground (sandbox, slide, swings, large lawn), a barbecue area with grill fireplace (please clean after use), bicycle storage, and clothesline.
Pets are not allowed. Dishes and grill grate must be cleaned and returned by guests; this is not part of the final cleaning. Additional local taxes apply.
