Excellent hotel made better with fantastic staff. The hotel is around a 15 minute drive from Hoi A but a shuttle operates 3 times a day - although getting back at the end of the evening can be an exercise (suggest you use the grab app) Good variety of food is offered. Rooms are spacious - we had a pool facing room which gives ok views back to Hoi An old town. Pool is a good size, and attendance at the bar was good. Would absolutely stay again - thanks to the wonderful staff!

The room was lovely, the staff were so friendly, laundry service was fast and breakfast was good. The only issue we had was the location. The hotel did run a shuttle bus into Hoi an old town, but this was only 3 times a day. There were also building works across the road from the hotel which were very noisy in the early hours.

Excellent hotel with a beautiful room but the best part about this hotel is the staff. Everyone working at the Wyndham Garden Hoi An were super friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was a 10/10 with ample variety for everyone. The hotel has a beautiful pool which we used as well. It is so nice to stay at a hotel right across from the beach. We will surely be back.

Amazing staff who always had a kind word and a smile. Lily on reception was so helpful in advising us on things to do and see. The security guard was also amazingly attentive and helpful. Just set back from the beach, we had a sea view room which was lovely and kept clean. Hopefully the Mariott over the road won't expand to spoil the view.
