This was a lovely place to stay, beyond the foyer the hotel and rooms are like an oasis. The pool is great and very well maintained. The staff are beyond helpful, the restaurant were very amenable in ensuring our family member had her favourite gluten free dishes available for breakfast. Would highly recommend for families with older children.

I normally stay at grand mgallery which is a five star hotel, the price was so excessive this time that I opted to try signature hotel . Location for myself was a lot better even thought only a few hundred metres from grand hotel , I think I will choose signature in future stays

The best hotel we stayed in when travelling Vietnam. The hotel is situated very close to the Hoi A Night Market and the Hoi A Lantern Boats. The hotel staff were very friendly and advised on how to get the best tickets for attractions. Restaurant recommendations were also given - try Miss Ly’s if you get the chance. The hotel was very clean and the amenities were excellent. We also used the on-site restaurant and spa services, both of which were outstanding. Cannot recommend more highly

Our two-night stay was enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and truly went above and beyond; they even proactively reached out to us to arrange an airport pickup, and the price was notably cheaper than getting a Grab ourselves. Our room was quite decent, and we particularly liked the charming, traditional Vietnamese decor. The location truly stands out, offering super easy access to the Old Town, as well as a variety of restaurants, spas, and bars right nearby. The only small issue we encountered was with the bathroom's water flush, which could be improved.
