We enjoyed the breakfast and the bikes very much. Without the bikes we didn’t like the location. It was too cold for swimming in the pool and because of Tet most activities were not on and service was minimal. They offered us airport transportation for a rather high fee then slapped another 20% on top of that for travel during Tet. Nasty.

Perfect stay. The hotel excels in every aspect. The service is amazing, the staff is incredibly friendly, the property is sparkling clean, great location, fantastic pool, amenities, free bikes and activities. Not too many rooms which is a plus and the value for money was excellent. The restaurant was average to my liking, but the food quality was good. Very happy with this hotel, can’t wait to be back.

Hoi An Treasure

This is a hidden gem tucked away from the busy main area of town. There is a hotel shuttle that provides regular free service to shopping and the evening lantern festival. There are plenty of shops and dining in the hotel vicinity as well. Breakfast was great. Spa and pool were beautiful. Staff were helpful and kind. Would highly recommend,

This hotel is ok , the rooms are paper thin you can here baby’s crying next door , footsteps upstairs, breakfast is set up for the Asian tourists not many options for North America or Europeans and they don’t replenish the iteams ,there is no management on weekends, or after 5 pm so if you have a problem you have to wait tell Monday or during the day ,it’s about a 15 minute walk to town but not a easy walk since all the scooters park on the side walks , so most of the time you are walking on the street, the gym is nice but get them to turn the ac on ,

Great stay and fantastic location!

The staff were incredibly welcoming from the front desk to the restaurant. Our room was comfortable and clean and the food/drinks were fantastic as well. The location is also great -- there is a pho restaurant and a mini mart to the left and right of the hotel and lots of other suggestions in the welcome binder. Old Town is easily accessible either through the hotel shuttle or Grabs. We also had great experiences with the hotel babysitting service for our 3 year old. Would recommend The Saga to our friends!

This little Hotel is amazing. We were upgraded to a superb room overlooking the pool. The first evening were invited to the Christmas tree lights switching on where the staff, all dressed for the part sang festive songs to us while we sipped mulled wine and tasted wonderful canapes. The staff were so good I thought they were hired in professionals! The room was huge as was the bathroom and everything was so clean. The ac was quiet and there was no noise from outside. The dining room has a verandah which overlooks the immaculate pool area and the breakfast buffet had a large and well presented selectionall hotel staff were attentive, friendly and verb helpful. We had a very good stay here, would come back again and thoroughly recommend this amazing little hotel.

Luxurious hotel with a reasonable price

Luxurious hotel with a small but pleasant pool area. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were good and the transfer to Da Nang station was a reasonable price (same as Grab). It is a bit of a walk to the most historic part of Hoi An, but there are some good restaurant options around the hotel.

Thus property was very cute. I loved the pool and the staff. Everyone was super friendly. They are just a 20 min away from the old town and they have a shuttle to take you into town. Washrooms were nice and clean. Beds comfy and they give a free mini bar with snacks and it’s refilled everyday. I would recommend this place and would come back.

I have spent my life travelling and staying in hotels around the world the Saga was an exceptional experience. Wonderful staff great service and my favourite the bed. Thanks Saga i hope to return soon. Highly recommended.
