Checked in was good and room were cleaned. I was on the 19th floor with lounge access. The next day I went to the lounge at 11am, no one was there and the a/c was off. It was really hot, I had to get a worker from the spa to get someone to turn on the a/c. I also came back in the evening for a drink before heading out. The day of my check out was the worst. I was trying to rest for a couple hours before checking out to head to the airport. Around 10am the construction started without any warning. It was constant drilling non stop. I called politely asking if they can delay for an hours so I can pack and check out. It was giving me a migraine headache. It didn’t stop for over an hour until I called 5 times and ask for the manager. It would be nice if they warned me of the construction. Not 5 star service and very upsetting that they didn’t care.

I loved this hotel. The staff was amazing and the pool was fabulous. Food was also good. It was a bit noisy because across the street there is a beach club which is out of the hotel's control but other than that it was great

The beach is just across the street from the hotel. There are a lot of seafood restaurants around the hotel. But I didn’t try any. Pretty easy to get around using grab.

Beautiful! We got the corner suite and loved our views. Room was spacious and cozy. Only thing that sucked was our usb in the rooms weren’t working and I couldn’t use my straightener because the outlets (normally they have at least one intl one for tourists.) Other than that, the temperature and water pressure in the room was amazing, especially after a long day of walking and roaming around Da Nangx breakfast buffet had everything. Banh bot loc (just shrimp which was great), pho, bun, chao. We ate local the rest of the day so loading up on a hearty breakfast was how we started our day and Radisson did not disappoint. Location was a bit far but there is still quite a bit to do around there. Unfortunately it was raining the whole time but the beach would’ve been beautiful. Thank you for a beautiful stay.
