I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Da Nang and the staff at Kamala Hotel went above and beyond in my interactions with them. My only advice or heads up to travellers is the shower head cannot be angled downwards so you can stand under the stream, rather it points outwards up above towards the linen shelf

This hotel is wonderful and exceptional value for money. Reception is always staffed and they’re super helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with good AC. I highly recommend staying here.

初日、シャワーから水漏れがあり、トイレの便器からも水漏れがありました。水の流れが非常に弱く、何度も試さなければなりませんでした。また、洗面台からも水漏れがあり、洗面台に置いておくと濡れてしまうことがありました。さらに、ドアのキーカードが突然切断されることもありました。清掃も行き届いておらず、アメニティの補充も不十分でした。
