The property was in a great location and the beds were very comfy. However after a long travel day, me and my partner had just got to sleep when a room down the corridor decided to leave the door wide open and use an industrial vacum (it was far louder than your average vacum) for 30 minutes at 11:30pm, when I phoned down the reception they said they were vacum packing a guests luggage and we just had to wait for the noise to stop, I didn't feel like this was a resonable response to a noise complaint. To me this is far too late to be vacuming when other guests are trying to sleep and something that should have either been done at a more reasonable hour or the guest needing stuff vacum packed should have had to go to the reception floor where there were no other guest rooms. This was then followed by drilling work starting in the room next door at 7:30am.

does the job!

hotel is decent for a stay. the staff was VERY friendly and helpful for sure! the area around hotel has a lot of massage and food. but i found myself down the beach at most fo the other restaurants. for the money its a good stay.

1) the food is lousy and terrible 2) the cooking staff (who does fried egg/scrambled egg) always picking nose and unhygienic 3) Table is not clean 4) Toaster is out of order for a few days with no replacement 5) almost no staff can speak English

I'll be Back.

Great Hotel very close to the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I can recommend Da Nang as a great place to visit with lots to see and do. The shopping is good and the prices are very cheap. You can buy a bottle of Tiger Beer for US$1.00 in many of the bars.

施設及びサービスは大変満族いたしました。従業員の方たちも４星ホテルに似合う対応をしていました。ただし、客層の問題で、朝食時は大変うるさくマナーも悪く不愉快でした。系列から仕方ないとは思いますが 欧州、米国、日本のお客は敬遠すると思います。
