From the start, my family and I booked this hotel at the very last minute due the storm and flooding in Hoi An, we were accommodated with luxury and clean rooms. Upon arrival, we were greeted with exceptional customer service from the hotel supervisor Bobby and front desk receptionist Helen. Their customer service made my family felt like home. My family and I made plans for massage services, Helen was able to accommodate us quickly and I am talking about within couple hours. Overall, my family and I were super satisfied with our stay. Exceptional customer service, clean room, always smile. We will definitely stay at the Golden Lotus luxury hotel when we come back in the future. Highly highly recommended to everyone.

Bobby was such a great manager in helping us out throughout the whole trip. Very personable. Room was very nice, loved the view. Cleaning was quick and efficient. Loved the supplies and robe they supplied us with. Rooftop afternoon tea was SO NICE! The place was literally a walk away from the beach, coffee, amazing restaurants. Will def be coming back!

Great hotel with very pleasant staff (Bobby and the rest of the staff were some of the most helpful, pleasant and attentive people I’ve dealt with) and ideal location surrounded by plenty of restaurants and amenities options walking distance away. The daily breakfast was a great addition with plenty of solid options and great coffee. My only criticism is that you couldn’t order room service or get coffee before this place opened. We had to get ready for a tour and I need my early morning coffee to get started so we walked to a nearby coffee shop when we needed earlier coffee. Otherwise, this is a fantastic hotel and I would definitely return next time I’m in Da Nang.

Clean rooms, great breakfast, good room service. Staff are friendly. Hotel laundry is expensive but there are highly rated cheap private laundry available near the hotel. They may not have water available at the reception area. One suggestion to the hotel management is to have a snack vending machine at the reception area or near the pool. If you are hungry in the night and if it is raining and do not feel like like getting out of the hotel then having a vending machine will help.
