Friendly hotel. Airport pick up was great, as were the beautiful drinks on arrival. We loved the pool food menu, the buffet breakfast, the happy hour cocktails and the view from the pool.

Fantastic experience, the staff were great, we arrived early, hot and sweaty after an overnight train from Hanoi, even though it was 2 hours before check in they immediately gave us a room (and upgrade) so we could shower and make the most of our time. Everyone in the hotel wanted to give you the best experience. The room was clean and spacious, the pool was great and the location was perfect, would highly recommend

Lovely boutique hotel

Enjoyed our time at this hotel. Walking distance to Dragon Bridge, restaurants, river promenade. Comfy beds, big room, bathtub, little balcony. Staff were all great, breakfast was tasty with decent selection.

Great and friendly staff. Buffet breakfasts were good, but long stay guests may find choices don’t vary much. Several good restaurants are great for lunch and dinner. A fantastic long Han River walkway is a 5 minute walk away.

The staff here are amazing ! They were over the top wonderful. Hotel in great neighborhood as well and easy to walk or take a grab car. They even picked us up at airport free of charge. We also had a huge bag of laundry done. De nang is a very busy , noisy city and the staff made our trip so lovely . Breakfast was delightful too with good assortment of food available .

So overall this is a nice "Budget" hotel with very friendly staff. The value is good if you are in price point. However, the negatives from this older american couples view is as follows: Thin walls. No walkable sidewalks outside due to tremendous number of motorcycles parked on sidewalks that made you walk in the dangerous driven streets. If it rains, outside entry to the rooftop bar was very wet and unsafe as you went up steps. Anyway, the room was comfortable, clean and offered a good value. If you are in a rush to check out you have to provide payment for incidental charges AND wait for a staff member to perform a room check to see if any missing hotel property or used mini bar items we stolen or used. Have not experienced that before.

Staff were kind and helpful. They were also hardworking, as it is not easy to communicate with travellers that visit the area and reside in the hotel for their stays. Cozy Danang located in the central of the city by the river, 5 mins to Golden dragon bridge and 15 mins to Danang Cathedral and Han Market. Hotel room in good condition and nice. One thing I would recommend is house keeping, the staff called for housekeeping loudly around 9-10am from the corridor every morning… make sure you put the don’t disturb sign if you want to relax in your room.

The entrance is unassuming. The hotel interior is impressive. My room was very nice. The morning buffet is spacious and with wide variety. The roof top pool and bar is a great place to chill out after a day of site seeing.
