4th trip to Hoi An, the welcome here was warm, lavender smell floats around in the air. The hotel lives up to their 5 star hotel rating. The onsite manager said one key thing, if there is a problem with your stay let us know, it's too late after you leave, in essense the hotel staff cares about its guests, they accommodated our request and made sure we were well looked after. Hotel is modern and clean, breakfast was enjoyable. 35k grab to old town. Recommeded to stay pool side as the city side can be noisier. The hotel suggested a tour we took to My Son. We took the shuttle to the old Town once. Will stay here again.

Everything about this place is amazing. I would definitely stay there again, it was tough to leave. Henry and Mile were so hospitable. The breakfast is great and an added bonus.
