Good Budget Hotel

Our room is last minutes booking, and it is on the 4th F, but there is no elevator (OMG). The room is not so quite, especially in the night, the laundry in the level 4th balcony is working hard, combination with the motor machine sound on the street, it is quite noisy room we have ever been in. Moreover, for the couple, it's truly not good for their vacation. The receptionist is very simple and the staff is really friendly, especially about the little girl (Hotel owner daughter) house keeping, she is really lovely, politely and cute! The staff is unable to communicate in English. I thinks they should hire the English speaking staff, who could help them to expand their business. Facilities in hotel is acceptable for this price. In my Opinion, it is should be upgraded. The owner of the hotel is local family, and I saw that there is only one house keeping staff, so that why sometime she have over tasks.
