Clean room, polite staff, good amenities. We stayed on a third floor of a villa, and wished that it had an elevator. For older guests with a bad knee and lots of luggage, an elevator would help.

The food really was excellent, outstanding. The breakfast buffet provided a good variety. Lunch at Deux Amants was delicious. The Peking Duck at Bao was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the food, such excellent value, better than some 5-star hotels in Hanoi!

Absolutely beautiful property. Staff is phenomenal. Binh Nguyen, the front office manager ensured that I was happy and comfortable. Providing help in arranging private local tour of the city and all the spots. It is a great place to be.

There are BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE, my check in so bad Mrs Le the one check in for me also charge me extra 50$ for what I had paid for my room and she didn’t care what I explained, they just want you to pay more try to upgrade with more money, This unprofessional Accor standard. Absolutely never come back to this hotel again.
