Booked 1 king + 1 queen 418 sf room, was given 1 king 2xx sf smaller room or more $ upon arrival at a dark stormy night. Why bait and switch? Bathtub, sink, door lock were all damaged. Tile floor and bed sheet have stains. At least I got a room, and my $20 deposit back.
