Stay comfortably in Cuyutlán, at our Beautiful 3-bedroom ON OCEAN - BEACH HOME. Home has 3 seperate Casitas: First Casita has 2 BR/ (King beds) each w/their own private baths. Also attached is a screened covered porch sitting area. 2nd Casita has the 3rd bedroom (Queen Bed) & private bath. This 2nd Casita also has a den with full bath, internet, and new large TV. Also another covered patio. 3rd Casita is the Living Room/Dining area with Kitchen, large pantry and half bath. There is a covered open dining area at the 3rd Casita looking out onto the Ocean. Bright and inviting, this enchanting home offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. Not your typical rental type furniture, for all upgrades were brought from the USA to decorate and furnish. FANTASTIC PRIVATE pool just re-finished with new tile, ramp for the handi-cap and a pool ladder. Lots of chase lounges around pool and other patio furniture on seperate ocean patio. What a fantastic home to enjoy.
Another patio just outside of the double gates to the ocean. Lots of beautiful furniture to just sit and watch the ocean. Great fishing just out the back door.
