3 room apartment - close to the beach with beach chair

Apartment 104 is on the 1st Floor of the beach mermaid, 300m from the 3.5km long sandy beach in Cuxhaven-Döse. The apartment is also suitable for older or handicapped people, since it can be reached by elevator without barriers.

The apartment has a separate kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and large balcony with table and 4 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, freezer and much more). After an eventful day, you can fulfill all your culinary desires here.
The west-facing, comfortably furnished living room also offers the right setting for a romantic holiday. It has a modern facility with a round sofa, flat screen TV, video, stereo and a dining area with 4 swivel chairs. Sufficient cupboards are of course available.

The large bedroom has a large double bed, which enables a healthy sleep. The smaller bedroom has 2 large single beds, otherwise like the large bedroom with a small flat-screen TV. There are enough closets here too.

The bathroom has a modern design and is equipped with a glass partition as a bathtub so that there can be no flooding.

In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer with a coin operated machine.
We provide you with a fixed parking space free of charge for your stay.
From 1st May to late season 30. A free beach chair is available in September.

Our prices are complete prices and must be paid in euros. Tourist tax in low season (01. 11. to 13. 04. and 28. 04. to 30. 04.) from 1.80 € person / night, all other times we pay 2.80 € / night to us have to pay the spa administration.

We can offer you a laundry package up to max. 4 people, for a fee of 15.00 € / person.
