Bei der Ankunft in Cuxhaven hatten wir durch die Vermieterin einen freundlichen Empfang mit Schlüsselübergabe.In der Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt, alles sauber ,gepflegt und ruhig.

Kurzurlaub in Duhnen August 2024

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Einrichtung war ausreichend für 2 Personen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der kleine Balkon hat eingeladen zum Frühstücken etc. Die Schlüsselübergabe von Frau Witthohn war sehr freundlich und unproblematisch. Wir würden gern wieder einmal hinfahren.

Schöne Wohnung

War wie immer ein erholsamer Urlaub im wunderschönen Duhnen. Die Wohnung war gemütlich sauber und hat einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer.Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich!! Mir hat der Kurzurlaub sehr gut gefallen, da auch das Wetter einfach traumhaft war.

Praktische nette Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, nur leider fehlt dem Balkon (vom Schlafzimmer aus zu begehen) ein Tisch zum gemütlichen Sitzen... Wir hatten sehr sonnige Tage und leider hat sich diese Dachgeschosswohnung sehr aufgeheizt aufgeheizt. och sehr aufgeheizt

Sehr gemütliche, liebevoll eingerichtete kleine Wohnung

Mein 9-jähriger Enkel und ich haben eine schöne Zeit in der sehr gepflegten, gemütlichen Dachwohnung in sehr guter Lage mit Blick auf viel "Grün" und vom kleinen Balkon im Schlafzimmer aufs Meer sehr genossen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Insgesamt empfehlenswert!

Leider nichts für uns

Man sollte das Angebot schon genau lesen, bevor man sich für diese Ferienwohnung entscheidet. Wir waren davon ausgegangen, dass das Appartement in Richtung Nordsee liegt mit freiem Blick auf das Meer. Das zur Anzeige gehörige Foto suggeriert diese Annahme auch. Leider stellten wir erst vor Ort fest, dass das Werbefoto die Hinteransicht des Hauses zeigt. Und eben hier liegt auch die Wohnung 21 – mit Ausblick zur Meerabgewandten Seite und dort sieht man nur Parkplätze und Ferienhäuser. Da nützt es wenig bis gar nichts, dass die Unterkunft Zitat „in schönster Lage in der 1. Reihe am Deich und Watt“ - Zitat Ende – liegt. Deich und Watt – nicht Strand – direkt vor der Haustüre. Aber selbst der direkte Zugang zu Deich und Watt wird durch einen Zaun verwehrt. Entscheidend für unsere vorzeitige Abreise waren die Betten. Die sehr dünnen Matratzen bereiteten derartige Rückenschmerzen, dass wir uns entschlossen nicht noch zwei weitere Nächte dort zu schlafen. Immerhin sind neue, dickere Matratzen bestellt. Bleibt der sonnige Balkon. Der war in der Tat sonnig. Das er aber einen traumhaften Meerblick bietet, können wir nur eingeschränkt bestätigen. Auf dem zur Anzeige gehörenden Foto ist die erhebliche Einschränkung der Sicht durch das Dach des Nachbarhauses leider nicht zu sehen. Fazit: Hätten wir diese Dinge vorher gewusst, hätten wir diese Ferienwohnung sicher nicht gebucht. Ansonsten entsprach die Wohnung der Beschreibung. WLAN kostenfrei, Parkplatz vorm Haus, sauber, gemütlich

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön Morgens haben wir im Erker gefrühstückt und abends konnten wir vom Balkon aus den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Wir haben noch eine Anregung: Es wäre schön,,wenn an einem Fenster ein Fliege gitter angebracht wäre.

Sehr nett eingerichtetes Appartement, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage direkt an den Dünen. Super Dusche. Balkon recht klein, aber für 1 Person völlig ausreichend. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst freundlich. Ich komme gerne wieder.
