Incredible guest service! Solange was really helpful. It’s close to the major bus station and Uber takes 2 minutes to arrive. Delicious breakfast included and the rooms are clean and a nice size. The gym is pretty small and limited but you can still get a good workout in if you need. Highly recommend it!

Not enough staff checking in, huge queues of people complaining. The poor receptionist was snowed under and taking so much abuse from unhappy customers. When asked for an iron and board I was told to go to the shopping centre a few minutes away - very poor service.

Estivemos no hotel por uma noite só, mas foi o suficiente pra não querer retornar. Atendimento muito ruim, do começo até o fim foi terrível. Chegamos com o elevador quebrado, estávamos no andar 16, esperamos concertarem e ninguém disse quando estava pronto. Ninguém pra te ajudar com malas, tínhamos chegado de uma viagem longa e ninguém ofereceu ajuda, nem na entrada ou na saída. Paguei a mais pra ter um quarto maior com sofá, mesa e cadeiras, mas nao consegui usar o sofá porque estava nojento com marcas em todo lado, joguem fora se não conseguir limpar! Pedimos comida no hotel porque estávamos cansados, foi com certeza a pior pizza de frango com catupiry que já comi, o suco de abacaxi estava tão aguado que nem gosto de abacaxi tinha. Na saída pedi um carro de aplicativo porque a recepção do hotel não chama nem sabe número de táxi nenhum, os motoristas não param na frente, 5 cancelaram até que um veio. Pra mim 1 estrela e nada mais, bem medíocre esse hotel!

Will have to think before booking again

Bathroom door wasnt working well! No restaurant menu available in the room! Amenities got worst since the last time i was there. The rooms are very noise, we can hear people talking. They couldn't find my reservation, took forever to check in! The night waiter was a sweetheart, too bad he had to go because of the time, restaurant closes way too early for a big city. The staff were nice!

Quick Curitiba Stay

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Hotel.com said I was getting a single bed but I think it was a mistake in the room description, it was a queen size bed. Hotel had elevador issues. Close to shopping mall, but otherwise the area did not seem that great. Not dangerous, but commercial. Normal Brazilian hotel breakfast, dont expect too much. Would not have a problem staying here again.

Good quality and location

Great breakfast; ripe fruits, and eggs to order. Ate dinner there also and quality was very good. Mostly, walked to the mall for dinner and shopping. English speaking staff is limited, as expected. Bed was very comfortable. WIFI was weak and very slow so I also used the public areas to use my laptop. Lobby and 1st floor areas were fast 54mps. Room windows open so fresh air is nice to have.

Tivemos uma experiência ruim, o quarto dos meus pais estava ok, mas infelizmente na minha reserva nos mandara para um quarto com carpete e muito cheiro de mofo, aí trocamos para outro quarto que o ar condicionado não funcionava, como não conseguimos dormir sem ar, pedimos para mudar novamente e tivemos dificuldade por estar lotado, foi um sufoco para trocar de quarto novamente, mas deu certo. Apesar disso, foram horas de transtorno até resolver. O checkout surgiu uma taxa que não havia sido cobrado incialmente. Não tinha disponibilidade de estacionamento, tivemos que pagar a parte. Não recomendo o hotel.

Se preparem para o cobrança de uma taxa de serviço de R$212,69, a quão não está especificada no site. O serviço de quarto não realiza a lavagem do banheiro e nem passa pano no chão. A piscina estava imunda, com insetos e uma gosma nos cantos, mesmo em alta temporada. Academia, com equipamentos quebrados e com apenas um banco e alteres para fazer os exercícios de musculação. Nos corredores de acesso as escadas, ficam restos de comidas por dias e pode atrair roedores. Fiquei triste pela relação de expectativa e investimento financeiro. Esperava um melhor experiência.
