Pior hotel que já fui na minha vida! Escolhi pelo preço, arrependimento total! Os recepcionistas do sábado de manhã são muito ignorantes. A moça simplesmente me disse que minha filha por ter só 3 anos e não ser pagante não tinha direito à cama extra ou berço! Eu fiz a reserva incluindo a criança!!! O outro recepcionista mal educado ainda foi comentar com ela sobre minha profissão que ele deve ter visto na minha ficha e disse que todos os jornalistas são metidos!!! Mas eu estava no corredor e ouvi o comentário!!! Que padrão de atendimento para um hotel. Depois que eu entrei vi o quarto! Que terrível! Velho, todo manchado, cama torta, desnivelada. Tv com controle remoto quebrado! Café da manhã bem simples (até aí tudo bem pelo valor).

Do not stay here!! This was by far my worst hotel experience. I booked a room with either one double bed or two twin beds, but the room only had a single bed. I complained immediately, but was told the hotel was fully booked, so I couldnt change rooms (which was a lie, because I reserved a room online, to check availability). Everytime I would speak to staff, they would have a different answer. I was finally told to call customer service, but the waiting time was so long that I never got throught to someone. The room felt as if it had been abandoned, there were no decorations, the heating didnt work and it was very cold. The bathroom would flood every single time I showered. I will never be staying here again and will tell my friends and family to avoid this place.

Horrible experience!

They are horrible!!!!! I arrived for check in and they didn’t have any room available , I had a paid reservation and they booked me at a cheap hotel in a very sketchy area. I felt unsafe and very disrespected because I was with my family and they put everyone in risk!!!! Don’t trust your book because they oversold and you gonna have a room in a cheap and different hotel!

Deixou a desejar.

Os funcionários do hotel foram muito educados e o atendimento foi bom. A localização também foi excelente para o meu compromisso, consegui ir a pé, o que facilitou bastante. No entanto, as fotos divulgadas não correspondem à realidade atual do hotel. Aparentemente, falta manutenção nas instalações. As roupas de cama e toalhas estavam manchadas, com aspecto de sujeira, causando um certo desconforto. Outro ponto negativo foi o estacionamento, o hotel possui um conveniado, mas o local é um pouco distante e estava cheio, tive que deixar o carro na rua, gerando preocupação. Além disso, o café da manhã é pequeno e não comporta a quantidade de hóspedes, resultando em filas e falta de reposição dos itens.

Um hotel simples com quarto grande, preço bom.

O que não foi muito bom foi o café da manhã, que precisa melhorar muito em atendimento e qualidade dos alimentos servidos. A recepção tinha apenas uma pessoa para atender vários hóspedes que chegaram ao mesmo tempo para fazer check-in e check-out. Canais somente via satélite, poucas opções para assistir.

Fiquei no hotel quatro noites, a roupa de cama não foi trocada nenhuma vez e nem arrumada, eu mesma que arrumei e quando retornava estava da forma que deixei. No banheiro apenas tiravam os lixos, mas o box não foi limpo nenhum dia. No quarto tinha três camas, utilizei apenas uma, mas nas demais começaram a aparecer alguns bichos, pareciam traças. A localização para quem está sozinha não é a melhor, a região é movimentada mas achei perigoso para sair a pé e visitar a cidade. O atendimento dos recepcionistas é padrão, atendeu ao que precisei. Para uma estadia de uma noite considero que o hotel é OK, mas não recomendo se precisar de mais tempo, considerando as acomodações e a localização.

Decepcionado.

Horrível, sem conforto sem sustentabilidade. Não atendem o telefone quando se liga, por isso não se tem maiores informações. O quarto horrível. Pintura precária, banheiro horrível com a lâmpada queimada. Não tem manutenção. Estadia péssima. O estacionamento é pago e fica fora do hotel. Colocando até e risco a segurança de se descolar até o local. No site não há explicações sobre o estacionamento. Enfim estadia pessima.
