Listed as 1400 check in 1200 check out in my booking. Arrived at around 1330 due to flight time, I was able to check into my room. The night before I check out I requested for a 1300 check out so I can use my bathroom after a morning walk before I go to the airport. It was granted. Only down side was one of the staffs in front desk not able to speak English. But they were the one who let me have a late check out. I typed in Google Translate and they said OK.

Já me hospedei em diversos hotéis da Rede Intercity pelo Brasil. Infelizmente, desta vez, não tive uma boa experiência. Me destinaram uma suíte sem Box fechado. A explicação era que se tratava de uma suíte para PCD. Solicitei a troca e não obtive sucesso. Na única noite que lá fiquei, pois resolvi trocar de hotel, não consegui dormir. O barulho da rua era muito alto, isso que se tratava de um sábado. Não existe isolamento acústico. Além disso a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O que salvou foi o pessoal da recepção que, no geral, foi muito atencioso.

Equipe da recepção atenciosa, solicitamos substituição do secador de cabelos que estava avariado e foi rapidamente substituído. Café da manhã bastante farto, com diversas opções de pães, bolos, frios, frutas, sucos, cereais além de quentes - ovos cozidos, ovos mexidos, salsichas, calabresa. Reservei um quarto para 3 pessoas e haviam apenas duas toalhas de banho, foi necessário solicitar outra na recepção. O dispensar de xampu não havia sido reposto, havia pouco xampu para utilizarmos. A solicitação do carro foi bastante demorada, sendo que no dia em que tínhamos compromisso com horário de saída do trem, precisei pedir um Uber porque não havia ninguém para entregar os carros e 3 pessoas aguardando antes de mim, então, pra não perder o passeio, preferi pedir um Uber para me levar na Rodoferroviária.
