Ótimo hotel com funcionários sempre prestativos. Ótimo chuveiro quente, cama boa, TV bom tamanho. O quarto 308 por ser mais baixo pode ser que incomode um pouco com o barulho da rua. O isolamento acústico da janela é bom. Mas pra quem tem o sono leve pode se incomodar. O espaço do quarto é ótimo pra duas pessoas. Corredores limpos e café da manhã completo com sucos, ovos mexidos, calabresa, frutas, pães etc. Padrão.

Hotel tem pontos negativos como: não tive serviço de quarto para entrega de ferro e tábua de passar, precisei ir buscar e levar na recepção , não gostei dos travesseiros baixos(particularidade minha), chuveiro não regulado, qdo abre vai água para todo lugar , o armário do meu quarto estava com defeito, estacionamento é pago uma diária de 35,00 e não tem manobrista e as vagas são super apertadas, carro médio a grande terá muita dificuldade para estacionar. Pontos positivos: quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, boa localização, café da manhã aceitável(sou intolerante a lactose), não tinha muita opção.

quarto limpo e bem organizado, café da manhã uma delícia com muitas variedades de alimentos, corpo de funcionários todos muito atenciosos, educados e simpáticos, em especial ao Javier que me atendeu muito bem, ar condicionado muito gostoso funciona normal, apenas o chuveiro que estava meio ruim pois a água saía toda errada pra todo lado, de resto estava uma perfeição, ótimo hotel, recomendo demais se estiverem com dúvidas

nao indico este hotel , chegamos tarde , na compra foi informado que tinha estacionamento , chegando la só tinha algumas vagas , tivemos que sair e andar um quarterao para colocar o carro no estacionamento, o hotel nao tinha refeição para servir a noite , apenas o cafe da manha , tivemos que pedir fora e quando pedimos fomos pedir um prato para eles para podemos comer , informaram que nao tinha prato , sendo que o mesmo oferece cafe da manha e tinha varios pratos....nao indico e nao fico mais neste hotel.
