Hotel está extremamente mal conservado, tudo é antigo, desde as janelas, cobertores, aos elevadores. Faltam tomadas ao lado das camas. Falta de cobertor também me deixou decepcionada. Estávamos em três num quarto, sendo uma cama de casal e dois cobertores, mas o cobertor da cama de casal nem de longe dava pra duas pessoas usarem, somente no segundo dia é que consegui outro cobertor. Limpeza não foi boa, só retiraram as toalhas usadas. Ponto positivo, além da localização, somente o café da manhã, que estava muito bom e os funcionários muito cordiais e simpáticos.

Bom dia! Muito barulho no 1° andar, a noite o quarto 120 muita conversa e bebidas durante toda a madrugada. Os dias 08, 09 e 10/ junho tivemos que sair pois não era possível descansar neste local. Ficamos no quarto 117 e as paredes devem ser feitas de drywall.

Vi muitos comentários ruins sobre o hotel, estive por 3 dias (2 diárias), se você não tem grandes frescuras e vai usar o quarto apenas para dormir, pelo preço da região está justo o custo benefício. Localização: Perfeitaaaa, bem perto da rua 24 horas, próxima ao centrinho, bondinho da leitura, centro histórico, da pra fazer muitaaaa coisa a pé. Recepção: Excelente atendimento. Café da manhã: Bom, tem uma ou outra opção que estava ruim, o restante ok. (3 opções de fruta, danone, opções de paes, frios, 2 bolos e outras coisinha, o ovo mexido estava intragável). Quarto: A foto do anuncio não condiz com o quarto, que estruturalmente precisa de uma reforma. Negativo: Piso desgastado, janelas bem enferrujadas e o principal, falta tomadas no quarto. Positivo: A cama é bem confortável, a água do chuveiro bem quente, tem uma vista bem bonita para praça e igreja.

Gostei do hotel. O pessoal da recepção é bem solícito, principalmente o Adriano, que me recebeu juntamente com os meus amigos. Os quartos possuem o necessário para uma estadia aconchegante: banheiro espaçoso e com ducha quente, cobertores, toalhas, etc. O café da manhã atende bem ao que é proposto, com um horário bem flexível, e as funcionárias que trabalham por lá são muito queridas e simpáticas — principalmente a Juliane, que conversou conosco e sempre garantia a reposição da bancada de alimentos. No quarto andar, há uma piscina e uma vista bem legal e ampla da região central. Um diferencial a ser citado é a disponibilidade de micro-ondas, água quente, café e itens básicos no hall da recepção para a utilização geral dos hóspedes e de quem está aguardando. Há também uma sala onde se pode guardar as malas antes ou após o check-in, ideal para quem vai pegar ônibus ou voo em um horário diferente. Vale bem a pena! A nossa percepção (minha e dos meus amigos) sobre a experiência na unidade São Francisco foi positiva e voltaremos quando precisarmos.
