O imóvel é uma graça, com varias comodidades (armário, ferro de passar, utensílios domésticos - incluindo cafeteira - churrasqueira... e em ótima localização. Clarissa é muito organizada e caprichosa, e têm uma série de regras a serem seguidas, então, é importante que vc se adeque a essa exigência, extremamente necessária neste tipo de locação. A atenção é tamanha que ela fez um "guia" com diversas dicas da cidade de Curitiba. Que cuidado... Estava sozinha, mas acomoda com conforto 4 pessoas. Eu, sempre que voltar a Curitiba, minha hospedagem será lá; virou "minha casa" naquela cidade.
