A truly idyllic home

The house is one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited. Spacious and comfortable for three families with children. With a great view and swimming pool. We spent wonderfull holiday in Marche.

Rustic charm, scenic, well-resourced, peaceful location.

Easy access from autostrada & airport. Simple check-in, friendly & helpful housekeeper. Good equipment. Adequate pool facilities, garden, great views. Nice local town within walking distance. Lots to do, or not as you wish. Lots of mosquitoes, no problem for me but others were troubled. Nets and window gauze provided.

Beautiful house in idyllic setting

The house is beautifully renovated inside but has retained its picturesque character outside. The hosts and caretakers are very helpful and friendly and the house was extremely well-equipped and spacious. We were a group of three families with young children and had a wonderful and relaxing time here. The situation is idyllic with stunning views from the pool and from the house up to Cupramontana which is a steep but short (10-15 min) walk from the property. Plenty of outdoor and indoor games kept everyone amused and a shady pergola and shady hammocks/umbrellas kept everyone cool throughout the day. Just make sure you light the mosquito candles!

Wunderschön

Wir waren in einer Gruppe aus Erwachsenen und Kindern vor Ort. Das Haus hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und ist sehr gemütlich. Der Ausblick vom Pool ist super. Der einzige Wermutstropfen waren die Stechmücken. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Gerne wieder :)

Sehr schön.

Vom 12jährigen Enkel über 23 jährige Teenager bis zur 86 jährigen Oma waren alle zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr schön und persönlich eingerichtet, Küchenausstattung super. Schöner Garten, Mitte/Ende August mit frischen Feigen zum Frühstück. Probleme mit Pool wurden schnell beseitigt. Danke.

Bellissima proprietà con un panorama strepitoso sulle colline marchigiane. Gli interni sono moto curati e ogni stanza ha una propria identità; da segnalare la cucina, spaziosa, moderna e dotata di tutti i confort. Fiore all'occhiello: giardino dotato di sedie a sdraio e ombrelloni e piscina panoramica. Vacanza molto piacevole e rilassante. Da consigliare!

Außergewöhnliches, geschmackvolles Haus

Das Haus befindet unterhalb des Ortsrandes des kleinen, ruhigen Örtchens Cupramontana und ist ein wirklich außergewöhnliches Gebäude. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig an einer praktisch unbefahrenen Straße (geschätzt 10 Traktoren und 20 Autos pro Tag) Alle Zimmer sind individuell (und farblich abgestimmt) renoviert und eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer (6) hat sein eigenes Bad. Die unteren beiden Schlafzimmer haben Bäder ohne Fenster. Das 6. Zimmer ist nur von außen zu erreichen. Wir waren nur zu dritt und hatten Platz im Überfluss. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr groß. Der Außenbereich ist ebenfalls mehr als großzügig bemessen und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool hat eine ordentliche Größe, ist aber nicht zum exzessiven Schwimmen geeignet. (braucht man im Urlaub ja auch nicht, dafür ist er etwas zu kurz). Vom Pool aus hat man einen phantastischen Blick über die wunderschöne Landschaft. (morgens auf den Sonnenaufgang) Es gibt keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn. Man ist absolut ungestört auf dem Anwesen. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15-20 Minuten auf dem Hauptplatz Cupramontana´s. (Es geht allerdings 1x ca. 400m steil bergauf) Dort gibt es mehrere Bars und auch einen guten Bäcker.( Besser fand ich persönlich den neben den Carabinieri). Im Ort gibt es auch mehrere Supermärkte. Einen größeren Supermarkt (Famila) gibt es ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto in Richtung Schnellstraße nach Ancona. Ist man erst einmal auf der Schnellstraße, kann man die meisten Marken- Highlights recht schnell erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Madeleine war immer unkompliziert und aufschlussreich. Zusammenfassend passt der Begriff „perfekt“ zu diesem Haus. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt und können das Haus zu 100% empfehlen.

Traumhaft schön!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz inmitten toller Landschaft

Wir haben eine Woche im Casa Edera verbracht und sowohl die Kinder als auch wir Erwachsene haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses lässt weder im Innen- noch im Außenbereich Wünsche offen. Besonders gefallen hat uns, mit wie viel Kreativität und Liebe zum Detail das Haus eingerichtet ist. Das Casa Edera liegt zwar in ruhiger Einzellage, trotzdem ist man nicht lange unterwegs, um sich mit Lebensmitteln etc. zu versorgen oder Essen zu gehen - wir sind mehrmals auch zu Fuß nach Cupramontana gelaufen. Darüber hinaus sind viele andere reizvolle Orte in der Umgebung mit dem Auto gut und relativ schnell zu erreichen. Als sehr positiv empfunden haben wir den unkomplizierten Kontakt sowohl zu den Vermietern als auch zum Hausmeisterehepaar vor Ort, die sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht sind. Danke dafür!

Großzügiges Traumhaus mit Pool und großem Garten in schöner Lage

Wir ( 3 Familien ) haben eine wunderbare Woche in der tollen Casa Edera verbracht. Die großzügigen Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad ( einige Bäder davon "riesig" ) sind alle sehr stil- und geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet mit guten Betten ( Matratzen ), Kleiderschränken, Sitzgelegenheiten, Tischchen....Die farblich und stilistisch auf die jeweilige Gestaltung der Zimmer angepassten Bilder und Accessoirs tragen zum Wohlfühlambiente bei. Das Kaminwohnzimmer im ersten Stock ist bestimmt ein Highlight zum abendlichen Entspannen in kühleren Zeiten, wir haben aber natürlich bei dem Wetter abends immer gemeinsam am schönen großen Tisch ( mit Überdachung )draussen vor der Küche gegessen und bis tief in die Nacht den guten Verdicchio ( Weißwein der Region ) genossen. Die Küche ist super eingerichtet mit allem, was man sich nur wünschen kann ( nur die Gasflammen müssten etwas überholt werden ). Ein riesiger Kühlschrank ( mit großem Gefrierabteil ) bietet genügend Kühlplatz auch für größere Gruppen. Der große Garten ( mit Gartenliegen, Tischen, Bänken...lädt ein zum Entspannen und ist auch so groß, daß jeder auch mal ein Eckchen findet um sich in Ruhe zurückziehen zu können. Im Außenbereich steht auch noch ein sehr edler Gasgrill mit allem Zubehör ( man muss nur darauf achten, daß die Flasche noch voll ist oder sofort das nette "Hausmeisterpaar" vor Ort verständigen. Der Pool mit dem Wahnsinnsblick über die nächstgelegenen schönen Hügel ist ein Traum ( solange wir im Haus waren und keine Ausflüge gemacht haben, waren besonders unsere Kinder dort nicht rauszukriegen ). Die Gegend ist wunderschön, der nächste richtig schöne Badesee 10 km entfernt, das Meer ca. 45 km. Wer kein Bock auf Teutonengrill hat findet im Naturschutzgebiet rund um den Monte Conero wunderschöne ( einsame ) Buchten in der Steilküste ( man muss halt ein bißchen laufen ). Im Hochsommer wahrscheinlich nicht mehr so einsam, wenn die Menschen per Boot auf dem Meeresweg dorthin kommen. Kurz zusammengefasst hatten wir eine Traumwoche und können das Objekt nur empfehlen.

Einzigartiges stilvolles Ambiente

Vielen Dank für sieben wunderschöne Tage in Ihrem atemberaubenden Anwesen. Das Haus Edera war der ideale Rahmen für meinen runden Geburtstag, den ich zusammen mit meinen Kindern dort feiern durfte. Eine von Anfang an liebevolle Rundumbetreuung mit unkomplizierter Schlüsselübergabe, sehr individuell und perfekt ausgestatteten Räumlichkeiten, einer mit allen erdenklichen Details ausgestattete Küche, sowie einem traumhaft angelegten Garten mit tollem Pool, machten diesen Urlaub einzigartig. Wir werden wiederkommen.
