I called requesting for the towel, She promised me that someone will bring in the room within 20 minutes. I wait 25 minutes, I called again to fallow up about the towel, she promised me again that she’ll be in the room within 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, I fallow up again, and I’m upset. Then finally, housekeeper delivered the towel.

This is a very nice, conveniently located hotel. It's quiet, very clean and unassuming. There are not a lot of restaurants or activities nearby, but for business, or a quiet place to stay, this is a good choice.

Perfect location
The Aloft Cupertino is the perfect location. There are lots of shops nearby and plenty of places to eat. It’s a great location if you want to get to Santa Cruz as well.
