Accommodation:

Magnificent villa at a competitive price ideal for beach lovers or for a great family holiday on the Costa Daurada. Both the house and its exteriors offer an unforgettable experience. Authentic comfort is provided by both the objective details and the quality of the furniture (furniture, mattresses, the large leather sofa, the equipped kitchen, the spacious shower, the comfortable hammocks and armchairs in the garden, the wooden pergola, the swimming pool with a non-slip floor...) as well as the subjective and no less important details such as a careful interior and exterior decoration, a relaxing garden, two independent exterior areas well lit at night, a pleasant indoor temperature in summer being 30º outside without the need to turn on the air conditioning, ping-pong table and basket, etc... For all this and more, you are going to recharge the batteries to the maximum. The house has an air conditioner located in the living room.

It is equipped and prepared for the enjoyment of its guests.
It has 2 bedrooms, a complete bathroom and a spacious dining room with three rooms. It has a large garden, private swimming pool, a large terrace, as well as a porch and a wooden pergola where you can enjoy a meal outdoors, a few drinks with friends. It also has a barbecue, solarium and outdoor shower.

Services and common areas:

Guests will have at their disposal all the extension of the plot except the garage. But do not worry, you can park in our ford in front of the house without problems even several cars.

We are currently living in Cunit and treat our guests as our friends. We will try to solve any problem as soon as possible.

The Costa Daurada offers beaches, discotheques, adventure port in Vila-seca, hiking, scuba diving and spear fishing, horse riding, bike rental, restaurants, bars, fishing, climbing, motocross trial routes, important tennis club of Cunit (also has Paddle courts), Municipal Football Field of Cunit, Polideportivo with swimming pool and gym.

All these activities and attractions are in the vicinity of Cunit and nearby towns such as Calafell (10 min by car or train).

The Costa Daurada offers beaches, discotheques, adventure port in Vila-seca, hiking, scuba diving and spear fishing, horse riding, bicycle rental, restaurants, bars, fishing, climbing, motocross trial routes, important tennis club of Cunit (also has Paddle courts), Municipal Football Field of Cunit, Polideportivo with swimming pool and gym.

All these activities and attractions are in the vicinity of Cunit and nearby towns such as Calafell (10 min by car or train).

The house is located on the main road of Cunit, 5 minutes walk from the center of the village. The train station is only 10 minutes and 5 minutes from the centre on foot. From there you can access Sitges (15min), Barcelona (55min) and Tarragona (45min) by train and more.

Little Oasis tucked away from the Town

We arrived early and the host was more than accommodating at letting us in, they even physically showed us how to find an ATM 🤣 the house itself is well equipped, very clean and has all the facilities you need. There is air conditioning but you don’t need it as the house is always nice and cool. The pool area is fantastic for during the day as it’s a little sun trap and for long lazy evenings you have this warmly lit gazebo area which is amazing. Would most definitely stay here again because if it’s location, we used it for a base to visit Portaventura Theme Park and Barcelona, so if you don’t plan on travelling you won’t need a car as all the shops and restaurants are within walking distance, also Cunit has an amazing beach about 500 m away from the villa. This town is mostly local and with just a few tourists, everyone was very nice and accommodating 👌 Well done Iván @ Marc ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our holiday in the villa was superb, the outside area was amazing and so private.... and very clean

We had an amazing time in the one storey villa. The pictures of the outside really didnt fo it justice... it was such a lovely surprise when we arrived at how nice it was. We stayed at the villa most of our stay relaxing by the pool. We cooked every day in the kitchen which had everything you need. The inside living area had a lovely flow leading to both back pool area and also a front seating area with fab wicker chairs where we sat every evening. There were games and cards to use, which was handy as we had limited weight allowance. We didnt use the living area as we were outside all the time but it was really comfortable and plenty of space. The villa was really close to the beach and there was a local Spar just across the road to buy supplies and it was reasonably priced. We didnt need a car which is why we picked this villa. We went on the train to Barcrlona which only cost €5 one way per person. We didnt want to go exploring just time to unwind and relax and we felt really refreshed after our stay I must say. We found a little pub and went there most days and 2 beers cost €3 which was really cheap. The host Ivan was amazing throughout the whole process and communicated with us and answered all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He even organised our transfers. Thank you Ivan for ensuring we had a stress free stay.

Our stay at this Villa was Fantactic!!!

Beautiful Villa. Well spacious. Very clean both inside and outside. The kids really had a lovely time. Well enclosed and safe for the children to play in the garden without being monitored every time. Every appliance in the house worked up to standard and expected. Although the internet was a bit slow but I guess we are used to a faster internet in the UK. Myself and my wife had a quality time together with quite a few outdoor sitting areas to talk and relax... close proximity to shops, train station, beech etc... This is a villa that could always bring us back to Barcelona. We love it and enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Mark and Ivan. Regards

Lovely Villa in a quiet Town with a Beech just 10min walk away.

We have just spent a nice, peaceful, relaxing week at the Villa. It was perfect for us with a lovely private pool, enclosed garden and all amenities we needed! Ivan and his family were very friendly and helpful, thank you! The town is very quiet, not much to do but there's a train station down the road which can take you into Barcelona should you wish? We just wanted a relaxing week away in a nice little Villa big enough for the 4x of us which was close to the Beech! If this is what your looking for then this place will be perfect for you. The Airport is approx 40mins away and there is a Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery shop just minutes away. We would certainly recommend this place.

Tout était parfait, la villa est bien agencée tous le necessaire était là. Les exterieurs sont top et il y a de nombreux jeux pour occuper les enfants. La communication avec les propriétaire était directe et nous avions toujours réponses ou conseils. Le seul bémol c'est que les climatiseurs ne sont pas suffisant pour raffraichir toutes les pièces de la villa. A part cela, c'était vraiment genial

Everything as it should be!

I was in Ivan's beautiful house with two friends. We didn't miss anything, the garden is really wonderful. The location of the house is very central and you can reach all the shops, the train station and the beach in a few minutes on foot. We will definitely be back!

Das Haus hat einen schönen Pool mit angenehmer Sitz Möglichkeit. Der Strand ist circa 700 m entfernt und geht flach rein was perfekt für ein Badetag mit kleinen Kindern ist ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichen

Escapada fin de semana

El alojamiento estaba muy bien, tanto de distribución como de ubicación. Las zonas comunes amplias, dentro de la casa se estaba bastante fresquito... La única pega es la piscina, que tiene bastante cloro. Pero la recomiendo sin duda.
