It has air conditioning, electric heating, smart TV, Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc. House with 4 winds, with patio for 3 cars, outdoor furniture, pergola and barbecue. Very quiet place to enjoy with the family.
Excellent location, close to all services, gas station, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants etc. The beach is ideal for children and the elderly. Fine and shallow sand.
