Clean room with quick response when we needed assistance. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub are shutdown for what looks like a good amount of time with repairs, wish there was a way to communicate that on sites prior to booking as we were looking forward to swimming and relaxing in hot tub.

I was told the hours for the gym, breakfast, etc, at check-in, but didn’t remember, so I had to call the next morning for the time breakfast ended. There was nothing in writing provided or posted in the room. When I came to breakfast, there was no coffee in either the light or dark roast options. When the coffee was finally ready, I decided to have a second biscuit, and the butter had been taken away, despite 10 minutes left before breakfast ended.
